Working with local communities in 2019
I am very passionate about my local South East London community and making dance accessible for everybody. Therefore I established a programme of dance classes for children and adults in partnership with Upper Norwood Library Hub. I also guest teach regular classes for other organisations and lead workshops in UK and abroad.
£45 for 5 classes
Workout design to tighten and tone your entire body with an emphasis on defining your glutes and legs but also strengthening upper body and core. By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, you can develop a strong, long, and lean physique.
Children’s Ballet with Creative Movement
11:00 am 2-4 years olds 11:45 am 5-8 years olds
Taking place in Upper Norwood Library Hub at the heart of the local community, this class combines regular ballet class techniques with creative movement. We start with fun warm ups and practice our steps, moving on to some simple routines and group exercises. We make it fun through the use of props and songs, allowing the children to experiment with new movements each week.
The class ends with learning a dance routine which we share with parents and carers at the end of the term.
